Premier Waste Recycling have today (2nd February, 2018) joined many others across the country in supporting Children’s Heart Surgery Fund by wearing red for Wear Red Day. The event aims to raise funds and help both children and adults born with congenital heart disease.
Our staff based in Yorkshire and Durham helped raise funds for Wear Red Day 2018 with everyone showing up to work wearing something red. There were plenty of fund raising opportunities, including “guess how many sweets are in the jar”.
Our fundraising will help fund ground-breaking new equipment, resources, training and research, as well as support for children and their families whenever they need it. You can find out more about Wear Red Day here.
